Some good pics there Stu was not me with the bonnet up it was andrews mini, it had developed a knock but when they stopped it had gone and not returned so may have been a stone or something.
Got back to the pickup last night not making very nice noises I think it may be Dead will try a few things this week if not will strip it down and see whats happened. Thanks all for a good day |

Them pesky beetles, its all a fix!
well done on the pics stu. Is there another drag strip nearby, with a better strip and drive upto( less potholes) and timer board?, york is a bit outdated and rough. just a little winge. Might be an idea to change, seeing at what price they charge to get in and also run your cars! Good day though, apart from the weather and the beetles winning. |

Nice pics and write up guys. I don't think there is a timed strip closer but if we can find some spae airfield going anywhere
 . I've never worked out why York have never spent a bit of the cash they take from their annual calendar on improving the track.

William's times were down on last time he ran ( 2years ago ) about a second slower...16.8 sec....but consistent and the car didn't break which is always a good thing...Need to get it rolling roaded to set it up properly.......and then TURBO it.....
