We at NEMC, do not condone irresponsible driving, or inappropriate behavior. Any member deemed to be acting in a manner which is unsafe, irresponsible, or detrimental to NEMC in any way will be asked to leave the club, remove any NEMC advertising from their car and their membership terminated.

We are a safe and responsible owners club of which our members and the public expect that. Please be aware that we are not responsible for any messages posted. We do not vouch for or warrant the accuracy, completeness or usefulness of any message, and we cannot be held responsible for the contents of any message posted within the forums.

The messages express the views of the author of the message, not necessarily the views of this bulletin board. Any user who feels that a posted message is objectionable is encouraged to contact us immediately by email. We have the ability to remove objectionable messages and we will make every effort to do so, within a reasonable time frame, if we determine that removal is necessary.

You must agree, through your use of this service, that you will not use this bulletin board to post any material which is knowingly false and/or defamatory, inaccurate, abusive, vulgar, hateful, harassing, obscene, profane, sexually oriented, threatening, invasive of a person's privacy, or otherwise violates any law.

You are expected to drive in a respectable manner at meets and events and not act in a way likely to endanger life and property, or cause a public nuisance. At events you are expected to follow the rules of the venue.

Posts on other online forums etc where you may be viewed as a representative of the NEMC should not be inflammatory or otherwise likely to damage the reputation of the NEMC. Attempts to provoke confrontation with other car clubs, online or otherwise, will not be tolerated.

From time to time photographs submitted to the forum gallery may be used for publicity material and in web publishing for the purpose of promoting NEMC - If you object to any image being used in this way please inform a moderator ASAP.
